I wonder if we r the Bear Stearns ' stockholders,what we should do tonight,if there is a bid over 2$/share,let's say 10$/share,should we sell it?From the last trading price 33,if its price goto below 10$,it means 70% loss in 1 day.what will happened 2 the other US financial corps?So interesting indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

คือถ้าคิดว่ามีปัญญา liquidate ทรัพย์สินแล้วเอามาจ่ายหนี้ยังมีเหลือเกิน 2 ก็ไม่อยากขายใช่มั้ยครับ ปัญหาคือมันประเมินทรัพย์สินยาก + หาคนมาซื้อต่อยากในช่วงเวลาที่จำกัด ไม่งั้นก็เจ๊งแหงม

เท่าที่อ่านผ่านๆก็มีทั้งสองฝ่าย ถ้าเป็นฝ่ายกองทุนเค้าค่อนข้างอยากขาย แต่ถ้าเป็นลูกจ้างเค้าก็ไม่อยากขาย
