In 2003, the occupancy was reported 14.1% lower than in 2002. Room revenue was decreased by 14.5% due to the reduction of room rate. This was due to SARS decease which happened
in Asia''s countries i.e. Hong Kong and China and the bomb in Indonesia. The same as Food & Beverage revenue which was decreased by 13.7% due to the reduction of number of guests
including other revenues which decreased by 9.8%. Cost of sales & services and selling & administrative expenses increased by 3.9% and 8.3% respectively due to increasing the method for food inspection and increasing insurance cover for TERRORISM.
