Dr.Supawut from Phatra securities co. has forecasted that the target of SET in the year of 2007 will be @ thr level of 1000.Should we buy the big cap(Energy,bank) and securities co.es?As the consensus of turnover o7 = 12,000 million baht/day,on the way of SET 2 reach 1,000,the turnover should exceed 25,000 million baht/day,the EPS should not only double but tripple or more can b expected.

In my humble opinion, I think most of the people in this webboard, who follow the VI "path", are neither worried nor carried away by the SET Index. They concentrate mainly on their stocks. They are more happy to see that their companies are getting more profit than to see the rise in the SET. Experience has shown that many times the analysts are incorrect.
I personally am much happier if my UEC or MCS Index rises up, even if the SET plummets.

I think the same as him, but i will still invest in stocks also. Due to the fact that TFEX is very fluctuate during a year.^ ^

the reason for TFEX is that if you know for sure that it's gonna reach that point, it is risk free to invest.

For stocks, we will not know for sure which companies will performance or not, So it still has some risks to handle ^ ^.

I still wait to meet u at SET under 600, K.David.  :D

If it's not a DREAM, you sure can make profit with that strategy.

Although market speculation is not popular here, but let's see how the target has come along. 700 is at 9.65 PE, while the economy is not that bad and only the problem is with confidence. If politics settle and confidence comes back, the market value will be re-rated at higher PE. 15 PE will give 1088. (Indonesia and the Philippines market both at 15+).

In that moment(the beginning of the yr.07),I was so worried about the politic situation in May n the capital control of BOt,,,etc..After I 've gathered more in4 n monitored the politic situation,I feel more relax.The performance of regional bourses r so good,leave SET 2 b a laggard one.The potential 2 have an election in December is so likely.All of these have changed my idea.Anyway,Thks 4 all of u whom always read my articles.

  From the table above,I won't b surprised if some of the net inflow 2 SET will come from Indo n Philippines.After election SET's P/E should not lower than Those2 countries.

ครั้งนี้คุณเดฟออกมาชี้นำได้ถูกทิศและถูกจังหวะเวลามากเลยครับ

ต้องขอจดบันทึกเอาไว้เลยนะครับ ใครว่าคุณเดฟชอบทายผิด

ถือหุ้นเหมือนเดิม   แต่จะใช้ TFEX ช่วยครับ (Long)

ผมเชื่อว่าขึ้นเช่นกัน  แต่ไม่รู้ว่าถึงพันรึเปล่า (เลยใช้ TFEX)

จดบันทึกไว้คับ    ไว้ไม่เกินปลายปีหน้า  หาคนขุดกระทู้นี้มาติดตามผลด้วย

จริงๆ แล้วลงทุนได้ทุกสไตล์ก็มีโอกาสประสบความสำเร็จได้
แต่ต้องยึดถือสไตล์นั้นๆ ให้เหมาะกับหุ้นแต่ละตัวด้วย
ที่สำคัญอย่าหลงเป็นเหยื่อกับตัวเลขและเกมของคนอื่น
จิตวิทยาการลงทุน/ตลาด เป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุด  สำหรับทุกสไตล์ครับ

เซียนหุ้นปั่นเมืองไทยก็อีกแบบ (แต่เซียนหุ้นปั่นเมืองไทยก็อาจเจ๊งได้  ถ้าโดนกลต. หยุด  เช่นกรณีพอร์ตของ เมืองไทยประกันชีวิต คุณนวลพรรณ  ล่ำซำหรือไงนี่หล่ะ )

ที่สำคัญอีกอย่าง   ถ้ายังไม่รู้ว่าสไตล์ตัวเองเหมาะกับแบบไหน  ให้ค่อยๆ ลงเงิน  อย่าทุ่มทั้งหมด   ลองลงทุนไปสัก 2-3 ปี     แล้วจดบันทึกกำไรขาดทุน
ช่วงเวลาทั้งหมด     แล้วมองย้อนกลับ

คุณจะรู้ว่าคุณเหมาะกับการลงทุนแบบไหนคับ  ...  อาจเป็นแบบผสมก็ได้เช่นกัน  แต่ต้อง manage เก่งหน่อย

ถ้าสไตล์ value/ cigar อย่างเดียวก็ทำการบ้านหนักตอนแรก  หาจุดซื้อพอสมควร   พอถึงราคาที่คิดว่าพอก็ขาย

ถ้า value/ growth อันนี้ทำงานหนักกว่าแบบแรก  แต่ผลตอบแทนจะมากกว่ามากเช่นกัน (แต่อาจมีความผันผวนระหว่างทางนิดหน่อย  นอกจากลงทุนตอนตลาด crack/panic)

ถ้าสไตล์ Bluechip ก็ไม่ต้องทำอะไรมาก   ทำงานอื่นๆ ไป   อ่านหนังสือพิมพ์ไทยรัฐทุกวัน   จนขึ้นหัวข้อหน้าเศรษฐกิจว่า  "ตลาดหุ้นพัง, วินาศ, ตกต่ำสุดในรอบ 6-36 เดือน (แล้วแต่คนจะรับได้)"   แล้วเข้าไปหาซื้อ Bluechip ใน set50   แต่คัดอีกนิดคือเอาตัวที่ฝรั่งถือด้วย   และต้องไม่เป็นหุ้นมวลชนมากนัก  (นิยาม  หุ้นมวลชน  คือหุ้นที่ผู้ถือหุ้นมากราย + หลายๆ คนติดหุ้นตัวนี้ทุกระดับราคา  << หุ้นมวลชนหาไม่ยากคับ  ให้ไปถามเพื่อนๆ หรือ broker ที่ห้องค้าว่า  ห้องตัวไหนคนติดดอยกันมากๆ   ก็ไม่เอาตัวนั้นครับ  อาทิ irpc)
เสร็จแล้ว  ก็กลับไปทำงานอย่างเดิม   .. คือทำงานไปอ่านนสพ.ไทยรัฐไป  พอเริ่มเจอข้อความ  "ตลาดหุ้นสดใส   คาดดัชนีไป ...(ปัจจุบัน)+150-200 จุด" + เหตุการณ์คนคุยเรื่องหุ้นในวันแต่งงาน/แท็กซี่คุยเรื่องหุ้น  ก็รออีกสักไม่เกิน 3 เดือนจากวันนั้นแล้วก็หาจังหวะขายไปซะ"  
พอเสร็จก็ให้  ย้อนกลับไปทำแบบเดิมคับ


ที่สำคัญอีกอย่างสำหรับทุกกลุ่มให้ศึกษาหุ้นหลายๆ ประเภทจากหนังสือของ peter lynch  โดยเฉพาะหุ้นวัฎจักร(ทั้งแบบ cycle สั้น/ยาว)  
บวกกับหนังสือ   จิตวิทยาการลงทุน  ของคุณสุมาอี้  หรือของใครก็ได้
