I am new to this webboard.  I've been investing in stock for the past 2 years sticking with Super Stock after reading The New Buffettology.  I've been focusing a " Branded stock" only such as some Hotel, Retail.  Or leaders in their business area like some Hospital, and Factoring business.  The return is quite good until I think half of my port (2 out of 4 stock) is now quite extreamly overvalue looking at PE around 20 - 30 and does not offer much of margin of safety.

I've been study a chunk of stock which is a "turn around".  Stock like SNC, TLUXE or UEC is looking they coming back stronger but still I think it is not "super stock" where it is a brand name, or leader.  Should I still go for Overvalued super stock and risk with Undervalue but have to live in price war.  Once chapter even say that warren will never buy stock such as Gas and Oil (But I think he bough some of EXXONMOBIL not too long ago) and The producer for food produce that have to live with uncertainty in global pricing such as LEE, Tluxe or construction company that invester like us cannot predict profit and loss every quarter like UEC, SEAFCO.  Basically in Thai stock, we should be focusing on turn around stock.  I m asking this as I was so impress with the average return for the above stock which people in this web is quite high that I think if Warren has to invest in Thai stock, I think he will have problem finding his "superstock".  What do you think krub.  I will have to study more for this kind of stock.  Thak you for being a good source for all new learner.

he heh he   :)
Some stocks which you mentioned it as no branding and not being
a leader actually have invisible reputation( to investor but not to its clients)
and are leaders in their niche market.

Thank you for your comment krub.  The definition of "my" super stock is that they should be a #1 in their market or stock with a brand name or modern trade that people "have to" use in everyday life.  You can basically predict that profit of modern trade will goes up when they open more store.  Or some kind of rental fee that it is foreseeable, or you own the branded hotel, and when the high season come, you will absolutely get the benefit as you are the leader in hotel industry already.

I accept that I just sell all my lovely hospital, stock as I think it is now become " a fashion" and fully valued unless I was so unlucky that they decide to grow by taking over other hospital.  Now I am thinking about one stock in entertainment that plunge sharpy due to political reason.  But when I look at some stock as mentioned above I found that it is quite strong in term of D/E, and ROE is quite high.  Question that do you think we can hold this kind of stock longer than 2 years as last time I buy stock was almost 2 yrs ago and I just sell two stocks 2 weeks agos. I've never do technical or day trade that's why I have to ask you guy too much before buying.

So, do you think T-Luxe is the leader compare to LEE. Or SNC will the # 1 OEM producer of AIRCON and will grow like Stanly.  Or MCOT shoulc be able to come back strong as BEC did.  What do youo think, I am not asking for stock to buy as I have already make up my mind and will take chance for my decision.  KHOB KHUN KRUB.  I feel like knowing more for Thai stock as I read pretty much a book from foreign invester.

TLUXE is slightly different from LEE in terms of products krub.
TLUXE are more likely based on producing aqua-feed
while LEE is a bigger player in animal-feed market
but gain smaller market share on aquafeed.

Do you invest in NYSE,Mr.valuesleeper?

I think the stock, whose either monopoly power or franchise value, is worth the investor's attention as long as it could provide.
