26/4/06 WILL BE  THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING,anyone who has CAWOW pls attend the meeting,coz,there'll be the vote for ESOP,that I think the price and amount is not fair for minor stockholder.If we gather only 5%,we can veto the ESOP.

อีกทั้งผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่(มาก) และเป็น CEO  และอีกคนซึ่งเป็น COO ได้ไปเยอะมาก
CEO 31.25%
COO 29.25%
CFO 8.75%
SD  8.75%

Total Dilution 7.4% น้อยๆ หน่อยเพ่

They bought a lot of shares previously because they have the ESOP plan, can we question this?

I think, although the growth of this industry may go fast but if the corporate governance is not good enough, we better ignore it.

I still like the fitness industry,the growth of CAWOW should be sustain in the coming 5 years.After I come back from Hongkong,I may do the comparison of CAWOW to KH,Bigc,IT and SE-ED(I prefer the former to the latters.),and let VI criticize my idea.
