The reason ;
1).NAV.@30/12/05 = 10.72 .SET from 30/12/05 till now has rosen about 4%,then NAV of VAYU! should rise about 4-6%,because the big cap stocks rise more than the small ones and the stocks in the port folio of it contain of mostly the big cap ones.
2).Vayu1 bought TPI 1260 million shares(2 years of silent period) @ 3.30 baht,it means that VAYU! will have extra gain about 0.70 baht per share.
3).Every January of years ,there will be a dividend pay out at least 0.30 baht per share(Jan03=0.30 baht,Jan04=0.30 baht and Aug05 extra dividend 0.25 baht).If u think this year  SRT will go to 800 up,then dividend should be more than last year of 0.55 baht,let's say 0.65 baht,it means that the yield will be 7% per annum.

The reason continue:
4).If u believe this year SET will go to 800 up,then the NAV of it should be up more than 13%(NAV. should be at least 12.23 baht,or 32% gain if its market price goes to the same figure as its NAV. ) from the NAV.@30/12/04(10.72 baht).
5).And the future,if The Thai government has the good deals,Vayu1 will get the chances of them,c...Vayu1 buy TPI 1260 million shares @ 3.30 baht compare to the market price now @ 8.65 baht.

    ตามที่ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน กรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)  และบริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน เอ็มเอฟซี จำกัด
(มหาชน) ได้จัดตั้งและจัดการกองทุนรวมวายุภักษ์ หนึ่ง  ตามมติคณะรัฐมนตรี เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2546  โดยกองทุนมีนโยบาย
คุ้มครองเงินต้นและอัตราผลตอบแทนขั้นต่ำ   มูลค่าโครงการ 100,000 ล้านบาท  อายุโครงการ 10 ปี  นั้น

เนื่องจากในวันที่ 9  มกราคม 2549  ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการการลงทุน ของกองทุนรวมวายุภักษ์ หนึ่ง ได้มีมติอนุมัติให้จ่าย
เงินปันผลสำหรับช่วงระยะเวลา  1 กรกฎาคม ? 31 ธันวาคม 2548 ในอัตราร้อยละ 3.50  หรือ 0.35 บาท ต่อ
1 หน่วยลงทุน สำหรับหน่วยลงทุนประเภท ก.   ซึ่งมีประชาชนทั่วไปและนิติบุคคลทั่วไปเป็นผู้ถือหน่วยลงทุน  จำนวน 7,000
ล้านหน่วยลงทุน  โดยกำหนดการ ปิดสมุดทะเบียนผู้ถือหน่วยลงทุน วันที่ 23 มกราคม 2549  และกำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผล

Oh! i agree with u,invest in VAYU1 attractive in Dividend Yield but if u wanna get capital gain too , i think u may be lost, because of  low liquidity.
