For their own benefits (cited incentives). It's 7.4% diluted over two years. And the warrant exercise price is 6.55 Baht for 1:1. See the invitaion to shareholder meeting.

Could be either Yes or No. If fully converted, 104.8M (16,000, 000 x6.55) will go in. It depends on whether the money is used to generate more profit than what's diluted or not.
