ใครที่อ่าน "ท่านพุทธทาส" แล้วยัง งงงง
ใครที่ ยังทำการบ้านส่งหลวงพ่อไม่เสร็จ

เล่มนี้ ช่วยคุณได้

และถ้าใครเป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ ไม่ชอบ บาลง บาลี

the mind-   you usually don't use it at all. it usees you. this is the deasese.  you beleive that you are your mind. this is the delusion.

thinking has become a deasease

to the ego, the present moment hardly exists.
it is always concern with keeping the past alive, because without it-
who are you ?

the present moment holds the key to liberation. but you cannot find the present moment as long as you are your mind

have you ever experience, done,thought,or felt anything outside the now ? do you think you ever will ? is it possible for anything to happen or be outside the now ? the answer is obvious, is it not?
   nothing ever happened in the past, it happened in the now
   nothing will ever happen in the future, it will happen in the now

รู้ว่าคิดอะไรอยู่ รู้ทันตัวกิเลส นั้นเอง
