เงินกำไร ที่ได้จากการขายหุ้นในต่างประเทศ

ผมเคยทำงานใน บริษัท ต่างประเทศ สัญชาติฝรั่งเศส
ทาง บริษัทแม่ มีการกระจายหุ้นให้ พนักงานถือ
โดย หุ้นตัวนั้นอยู่ใน cac40
พอผมย้ายงาน ก็ต้องขาย
ได้กำไร มา จำนวนหนึ่ง

กำไรจำนวนนั้น ต้องเสียภาษีไหมครับ

กฎหมายยกเว้นให้แต่กำไร ส่วนต่าง จาก หุ้นในตลาดไทยเท่านั้นใช่ไหมครับ
