Size doesn't always mean profit krub. And growth doesn't always mean profitable growth.

It's interesting to see that RATCH's key goal is capacity growth by any means necessary without mentioning much about profitability. And in the utility business, it's hard to generate profit through acquisition krub because there are many buyers chasing after very few assets available for sale.
So normally you can only make good return from developing the project from the very beginning or what is normally called a Greenfield development.
