Re: Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) อยากทราบว่าไปฟังคนอื่นเล่ามา หรือว่ามีข้อมูลเอง บริษัทชื่ออะไรอยู่ประเทศไหนครับ บริษัทชื่อ May Bank ของ Singapore ครับ ข้อมูลที่ผมเจอครับ Maybank's Dividend Reinvestment Plan About Maybank's DRP The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”) offers our shareholders the choice of receiving their dividends entirely in cash or to reinvest the electable portion of their dividends (“Electable Portion”) into new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Maybank (“Maybank Shares”). Benefits of the DRP Participating in the DRP benefits shareholders by providing greater flexibility in meeting their investment objectives as they will own additional Maybank Shares at a discount without having to incur material transaction or other related costs. The issue price of the new Maybank Shares shall be at a discount of up to 10% of the market price (adjusted ex-dividend). Proposed Final Cash Dividend for the FPE 31 December 2011 On 23 February 2012, the Board of Directors of Maybank had proposed a final dividend in respect of the Financial Period Ended (“FPE”) 31 December 2011 of RM0.36 less 25% taxation (“Proposed Final Cash Dividend”). The Proposed Final Cash Dividend consists of an electable portion of RM0.32 (RM0.24 net per ordinary share) which can be elected to be reinvested in new ordinary shares in accordance with the DRP. The Proposed Final Cash Dividend was approved by Maybank shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Maybank held on 29 March 2012. The issue price and book closure date in relation to the DRP in conjunction with the Proposed Final Cash Dividend was announced by Maybank on 17 April 2012. The Proposed Final Cash Dividend will be paid on 4 June 2012.
